What You'll Be Doing:
Leading & Growing an Exceptional Team
  • Inspire, mentor, and guide a team of talented structural engineers
  • Foster a collaborative and high-performance culture
  • Conduct performance evaluations and professional development initiatives Managing Exciting Structural Engineering Projects
  • Oversee projects from concept to completion
  • Ensure structural designs are safe, efficient, and innovative
  • Work closely with project managers, engineers, and stakeholders Technical Oversight & Innovation
  • Review and approve structural designs, calculations, and analysis
  • Implement engineering best practices and cutting-edge solutions
  • Stay ahead of industry trends, codes, and new technologies Client & Business Development
  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients
  • Participate in client meetings, presentations, and negotiations
  • Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and exceeding expectations Resource & Budget Management
  • Allocate team resources efficiently and effectively
  • Oversee department budgeting and project costs
  • Identify process improvements to enhance productivity What You Bring to the
Table:
Education:
Bachelor's degree in Civil or Structural Engineering (Master's a plus!)
Certification:
Licensed Professional Engineer (PE) (LEED, ENV SP, or PMP Even better!)
Experience:
10+ years in structural engineering , with at least 5 years leading teams
Tech Savvy:
Proficiency in SAP2000,
ETABS, RISA, AutoCAD, Revit, Enercalc, TEDDs Leadership:
Proven ability to build, lead, and inspire high-performing teams
Project Management:
Experience handling large, complex engineering projects
Client-Centric:
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
Bonus Points If You Have:
  • Experience in both infrastructure and commercial projects
  • A background in contract negotiations and project budgeting
  • A knack for creative problem-solving and strategic thinking
