Note:
Must have a Professional Engineer license and at least 4 years of post-graduate civil engineering experience. This role is not open to remote candidates.

Job Description
Lead civil engineering work across land development and infrastructure projects from concept through completion
Prepare, review, and approve construction documents, specifications, permit applications, shop drawings, and submittals
Design and coordinate subdivision improvements, storm sewer, sanitary sewer, water systems, grading, erosion control, paving, and stormwater solutions
Prepare land use applications and help navigate local jurisdictional requirements and permitting processes
Manage project budgets, schedules, and day-to-day coordination to keep projects moving efficiently
Collaborate with internal multidisciplinary teams and external stakeholders to deliver high-quality, buildable designs
Support client-facing activities including proposals, interviews, and business development efforts
Maintain strong technical quality, clear documentation, and responsive communication throughout the project lifecycle
Qualifications
4+ years of civil engineering experience after graduation
PE license required
Strong experience with land development and civil site design
Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D
Strong knowledge of grading, drainage, utilities, and permitting
Clear written and verbal communication skills
Organized, self-directed, and able to manage multiple priorities
Montana experience or Montana licensure preferred
Bluebeam and landscape rendering knowledge helpful
