About the Role We are a structural engineering firm seeking a Structural Engineer with 2+ years of experience in residential and/or commercial design and inspections. This is a hands-on role combining field inspections, structural design, and direct client interaction. We are expanding into commercial and multi-family projects , offering strong growth potential. Schedule 4-day work week (Mon-Thurs) Fridays flexible ~40 hours/week Responsibilities Structural inspections (residential & light commercial) Structural design for renovations, additions, and new construction Analysis using software (RISA or similar) Drafting/review in AutoCAD Direct communication with clients and contractors Requirements Civil/Structural Engineering degree 2+ years relevant experience EIT required; PE preferred (or in progress) Proficiency in AutoCAD, Excel, and structural design software (RISA, SkyCiv, or similar) Experience with residential framing and foundations Strong verbal and written communication skills What We're Looking For Curious, proactive engineers Strong communicators comfortable with clients Entrepreneurial mindset Ownership-oriented professionals Compensation & Benefits $80K
