We are seeking a Structural Engineer with a positive, collaborative work style for our Structural Engineering Studio in our Charlotte, NC or Charleston, SC office. Little is made up of Architects, Structural, Mechanical, and Electrical Engineers, Land Planners, Landscape Architects & Civil Engineers, Interior Designers, Graphic Designers, CAFM & Strategic Planners and Digital Imaging and Animation specialists. We have offices in Charlotte NC, Newport Beach CA, Durham NC, Orlando FL, and Washington DC. The individual selected for the opportunity will perform design tasks and produce construction documents associated with structural engineering projects. He/she will work within Revit and alongside experienced structural engineers to successfully complete projects within established budgets and deadlines. A position you'll love: Collaborating with our architects and other engineers to complete a wide variety of projects, from K-12, Higher Education, Workplace, Renovations, Medical, Retail and S&T; Using your passion for innovative design, problem-solving, and critical thinking; and A "Best Places to Work" award-winning culture. Preferred candidates will have the following qualifications: Bachelor's Degree in Civil/Structural Engineering (Master's a plus); A minimum of 5+ years of professional experience Professional Licensure; Strong proficiency with Revit (AutoCAD a plus) to generate construction documents Familiarity with Design Software (RAM, RISA 3D, ADAPT-Builder, Enercalc) You are curious and creative, have a passion for problem-solving and critical thinking, and able to collaborate in a team setting Passion for sustainability (LEED Accredited a plus); and Excellent written and verbal communication skills
