This role will be responsible for coordinating subcontractor solicitation and contracts, manage project budget and schedule, and keep the team aligned in progress. In the field, you will manage subcontractors, drive on-time and on-budget execution, lead site safety and quality control and serve as a hands-on point of contact for day-to-day field operations.

Duties Subcontractor Procurement & Contracting:

Assist in the solicitation, evaluation, and contracting of subcontractors to support project execution and quality delivery.

Subcontractor Oversight:

Support the management of subcontractor performance and relationships, ensuring alignment with project goals and company expectations.

Project Budget Management :

Manage changes and maintain up-to-date cost projections, ensuring accurate financial planning and budgeting.

Resource Scheduling & Planning:

Develop and complete schedules outlining labor, equipment, and material needs to optimize productivity.

Project Lifecycle Support:

Assist and support all phases of assigned projects, from planning to closeout, promoting efficiency and quality outcomes.

Site Safety, Quality & Security :

Lead site safety, quality control, and security measures to minimize disruptions and ensure compliance with project specifications.

Meeting & Closeout Procedures:

Lead and participate in regular site meetings and manage tasks associated with project closeout. Skills Bachelor's degree in construction management or interiors design experience working with a general contractor (full-time or internship) Great verbal and written communication, leadership and problem-solving skills. Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel). Proficiency with Scheduling software and project management software (e.g. Procore)
