This role requires a Professional Engineer (PE) with strong Civil 3D expertise and experience collaborating with multidisciplinary engineering teams. This is a long-term contract opportunity with strong potential to convert to a permanent position after approximately six months. Candidates should be interested in a long-term engagement. Relocation assistance is available.
Required Qualifications 15+ years of Civil Engineering experience Professional Engineer (PE) license required (or ability to obtain within the contract period) Advanced Civil 3D experience is required Experience leading site civil design projects and mentoring project teams Strong experience working with multidisciplinary teams including mechanical, structural, architectural, and electrical disciplines Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment Preferred Qualifications Experience with data centers or other large industrial facilities Experience with site selection, master planning, and site development Proficiency with StormCAD and/or CivilStorm Experience with local permitting and Authority Having Jurisdiction (AHJ) requirements Responsibilities Lead site development, master planning, and site selection activities. Design underground utility routing , site layouts, and space planning. Perform hydrology studies and design storm drainage systems. Design gravity wastewater systems . Develop grading plans, cut/fill analyses, and earthwork balancing. Prepare erosion and sediment control plans and stormwater pollution prevention plans (SWPPP). Perform stormwater analysis and modeling using StormCAD and/or CivilStorm . Coordinate civil designs with multidisciplinary engineering teams. Support permitting efforts and ensure compliance with local AHJ requirements.
