Job Description
AASHTO LRFD
Bridge Design Specifications is desired. Effective verbal, visual, and written communication skills. Proficient in MicroStation, MathCAD, Inroads, & Microsoft Office. Experience using bridge design and analysis software (Merlin-Dash, CSiBridge, STAAD, AASHTOware, LPile, Group, LEAP-steel/concrete, etc.) is desired. Experience with bridge inspection and load rating is desired. Ability to participate and collaborate in project team setting, engage in creative and critical thought, and effectively communicate ideas, design issues, and solutions to others Education and Experience Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering. Master's degree in Structural Engineering desired. Minimum of five (5) years of experience. Licensed Professional Engineer required. Position will primarily be in an office setting; may require some field work. The ability to work part-time from home will be extended to the candidate once in-office working relationships are established. In compliance with pay transparency laws, pay ranges are provided for positions in locations where required. Please note, the final agreed upon compensation is based on individual education, qualifications, experience, and work location. At Stantec certain roles are bonus eligible. Actual compensation for part-time roles will be pro-rated based on the agreed number of working hours per week.Benefits Summary:
