Civil Engineering / Land Development Overview We are seeking a Project Engineer with strong experience in land development and site civil engineering. This role focuses on supporting the design and execution of land development projects, including grading, drainage, utilities, roadway design, and construction layout support. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience producing engineering drawings and working closely with survey and construction teams to ensure accurate field implementation. Key Responsibilities- Prepare and develop engineering drawings for land development projects
- Design and support plans for grading, drainage, utilities, and roadway layouts
- Assist survey teams with construction layout and stakeout support
- Coordinate site development plans from concept through construction
- Review and update drawings based on field conditions and project requirements
- Ensure all plans meet engineering standards and project specifications Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in land development / site civil engineering
- Strong hands-on experience with AutoCAD (Civil design drafting for land development)
- Experience producing grading, utility, drainage, and roadway design plans
- Familiarity with construction layout and working with survey teams
- Ability to create precise, construction-ready engineering drawings
- Strong understanding of land development workflows Preferred Experience
- Experience in civil/site engineering consulting environments
- Exposure to field engineering and construction support activities
- Experience coordinating with contractors and survey crews Work Environment
