Key Responsibilities:

Lead site design and land development projects from concept through construction Oversee grading, drainage, stormwater management, and utility design Manage project teams, schedules, and budgets Serve as primary point of contact for clients, municipalities, and agencies Mentor junior engineers and review technical work for quality and accuracy Ensure compliance with NJDEP and local regulations

Qualifications:

PE license required (New Jersey preferred or ability to obtain) 8+ years of experience in civil/site design and land development Strong knowledge of local permitting and zoning processes Proficiency with AutoCAD Civil 3D Proven leadership and project management experience Strong communication and client-facing skills
