Role Description This is a full-time, on-site position for a Structural Engineer located in Springfield, NJ . The role focuses on structural analysis and design for mid- and high-rise building projects. Key responsibilities include preparing structural construction documents, coordinating with architects during the design phase, and working closely with contractors throughout construction to ensure alignment with project requirements. Design documentation is supported by dedicated Revit and CAD teams, allowing the engineer to concentrate on analysis, detailing, and solution development. The ideal candidate is motivated, detail-oriented, and focused on delivering practical engineering solutions within established project timelines. Qualifications Experience in structural analysis and modeling (RAM and/or ETABS required) 2-8 years of practical structural engineering experience Strong problem-solving skills with high attention to detail Solid understanding of building codes and material specifications Bachelor's degree in Civil or Structural Engineering Engineer-in-Training (EIT) required; Professional Engineer (PE) preferred Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with architects, contractors, and internal teams
