Project Engineer A well-established General Contractor growing fast with great success launching new locations in the construction industry is seeking a motivated Project Engineer to join their growing team. - Diverse Commercial Construction Projects - multi-family Responsibilities
- Assist Project Managers with daily project operations
- Manage RFIs, submittals, change orders, and project documentation
- Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, architects, and owners
- Support scheduling, budgeting, and project tracking efforts
- Attend project meetings and assist with site coordination
- Help ensure projects remain on schedule and within budge t
- Maintain accurate project records and closeout documentation Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred
- 1-5+ years of commercial construction experience preferred
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment
- Experience with project management software is a plus
