Reporting Structure Item Standard Reports To Project Manager Direct Reports Project Interns when assigned Functional Oversight Supports PM and Superintendent; may direct task-level documentation work Qualifications
  • Ground-up multifamily experience or direct support of ground-up multifamily project delivery required based on role level.
  • Demonstrated drive, ownership, accountability, urgency, and follow-through.
  • Working knowledge of Procore, Bluebeam/PDF workflows, Office 365, project documentation, and audit-ready records.
  • Ability to communicate clearly with PMs, Superintendents, subcontractors, vendors, design teams, and internal leadership.
  • 3-6+ years of project engineering, project coordination, or related construction experience preferred. Travel Requirements
  • Travel as needed for project assignments, site visits, regional support, meetings, audits, turnover support, or department needs. Areas of Oversight
  • Project controls, documentation, RFIs, submittals, drawings, ASIs/addenda, procurement tracking, change support, closeout, and lessons learned as assigned.
  • Schedule, cost, compliance, quality, and risk support appropriate to the role level.
  • Procore discipline, file structure, version control, and timely escalation of missing or late items. Key ResponsibilitiesProject Controls & Documentation
  • Maintain assigned Procore logs and project records with accurate owners, dates, status, references, and backup.
  • Create, draft, route, or support RFIs, submittals, revisions, meeting minutes, procurement logs, closeout trackers, and action item logs based on role level.
  • Escalate late, missing, conflicting, or high-risk information early enough for PM/Sr PM action. Budget, Change & Procurement Support
  • Support procurement, buyout, and long-lead tracking with need-by dates and current status.
  • Assemble change backup when directed, including photos, references, quantities, pricing support, and schedule impact information.
  • Support monthly reporting and cost visibility through accurate documentation and timely status updates. Closeout & Lessons Learned
  • Track closeout requirements early and support O&Ms, warranties, as-builts, training records, testing/inspection records, and turnover documentation.
  • Capture lessons learned in real time and route items to PM/Sr PM/Preconstruction for future use. Reporting Requirements
  • Weekly procurement/submittal/RFI/log updates.
  • OAC or project meeting minutes within 24 hours when assigned.
  • Immediate alert to PM/Super for schedule-critical submittals, RFIs, procurement, or drawing changes. Skills

  • OSHA 10 or 30 preferred.
