Position SummaryThe Project Engineer 2 is responsible for overseeing and coordinating all engineering activities on a project or designated portions of it. This role ensures that assignments are effectively planned, directed, and executed. The Project Engineer 2 manages work across multiple engineering disciplines while maintaining technical accountability for project outcomes. This position typically requires an engineering degree from an accredited institution. Candidates should also have relevant coursework and progressive experience, including supervisory roles, ideally in project design or large-scale industrial or construction environments.

Essential Duties and ResponsibilitiesLead and supervise multi-discipline engineering activities Plan and direct engineering assignments across project phases Coordinate execution of technical work and deliverables Interpret and organize engineering requirements and scope Oversee designated portions of large or complex projects Ensure alignment of engineering efforts with project objectives Support project design, startup, and field engineering activities Provide technical leadership and guidance to engineering teamsRequired QualificationsBachelors degree in engineering (accredited)Relevant coursework in engineering or architectural design3 years of progressive experience in engineering, including supervisory rolesAbility to handle confidential information with discretionStrong communicationand organizational skillsAbility to work through problems quickly and effectively and define a clear path to resolutionPreferred QualificationsProject design engineeringStartup, field, or plant operations experienceExperience in industrial plants, utilities, process plants, or EPC environmentsWhat We OfferBGI offers a competitive salary and a comprehensive benefits package for eligible full-time employees, in accordance with plan documents, including:
