Job Description

Electrical Construction Engineers - Jr., Mid & Sr. Levels Job Summary We are seeking Electrical Construction Engineers at the Junior, Mid-Level, and Senior levels to support large-scale industrial, manufacturing, mission critical, and infrastructure construction projects involving medium and high voltage electrical systems, BIM coordination, and multidisciplinary project execution. These roles will support engineering, construction coordination, field execution, and project delivery activities from design through commissioning. Candidates with experience in industrial facilities, power distribution systems, mission critical environments, substations, manufacturing facilities, or large-scale electrical construction projects are strongly preferred. Key Responsibilities Support electrical engineering and construction coordination activities across multiple project phases Review electrical drawings, specifications, submittals, and BIM coordination models Coordinate with engineering, procurement, field operations, vendors, and subcontractors Support medium and high voltage electrical system integration and construction activities Assist with constructability reviews and field issue resolution Support short circuit, arc flash, and cable routing studies as required Assist with project scheduling, reporting, commissioning, and turnover activities Ensure compliance with NEC, NFPA, OSHA, and project standards Support documentation, engineering records, and project tracking activities Senior-level candidates may lead engineering coordination efforts and mentor junior staff Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering required PE license required for Senior-level roles and preferred for Mid-Level roles EIT certification or PE track preferred for Junior-level candidates Experience supporting industrial, manufacturing, mission critical, or large-scale construction projects preferred Experience with medium and high voltage electrical systems preferred Experience with BIM platforms, Revit, Navisworks, or equivalent coordination software strongly preferred Experience with Neher-McGrath studies, arc flash studies, or short circuit analysis preferred Strong communication, coordination, and organizational skills Ability to travel or support remote projects as needed Benefits Medical, dental, and vision insurance fully paid for employee and family Opportunity to support large-scale industrial and mission critical projects Collaborative and growth-oriented environment Career advancement opportunities across multiple engineering levels
