Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking Structural Construction Engineers at the Junior and Senior levels to support large-scale industrial, manufacturing, mission critical, and infrastructure construction projects involving structural steel, concrete systems, BIM coordination, and multidisciplinary project execution. These roles will support structural engineering coordination, construction support, field execution, and project delivery activities from design through commissioning. Candidates with experience supporting industrial facilities, manufacturing plants, mission critical environments, data centers, or large-scale construction projects are strongly preferred. Key Responsibilities Support structural engineering and construction coordination activities across multiple project phases Review structural drawings, specifications, submittals, and BIM coordination models Coordinate with engineering, procurement, field operations, vendors, and subcontractors Support constructability reviews and field issue resolution Assist with structural steel, concrete, foundations, and support system coordination Coordinate with electrical, mechanical, and civil teams to support overall project execution Support project scheduling, reporting, commissioning, and turnover activities Ensure compliance with project specifications, engineering standards, and safety requirements Support documentation, engineering records, and project tracking activities Senior-level candidates may lead engineering coordination efforts and mentor junior staff Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Structural or Civil Engineering required PE license required for Senior-level roles and preferred for Junior-level candidates on PE track Experience supporting industrial, manufacturing, mission critical, or large-scale construction projects preferred Experience with structural steel, concrete systems, and industrial construction methods preferred Experience with BIM platforms, Revit, Navisworks, or equivalent coordination software strongly preferred Strong communication, coordination, and organizational skills Ability to travel or support remote projects as needed Benefits Medical, dental, and vision insurance fully paid for employee and family Opportunity to support large-scale industrial and mission critical projects Collaborative and growth-oriented environment Career advancement opportunities across multiple engineering levels
