Structural Engineer (Onsite, Creech AFB, NV)

Innovative Technologies Corporation (ITC) is seeking a Structural Engineer to support the 432d Support Squadron Civil Engineer Flight at Creech Air Force Base, Nevada. This position provides professional structural engineering support for planning, design review, construction, sustainment, and facility modification projects supporting Air Force operations. The Structural Engineer will work closely with government engineers, project managers, contractors, and base stakeholders to ensure facilities and infrastructure comply with applicable codes, standards, and mission requirements. Key Responsibilities Provide professional structural engineering analysis, design review, and technical recommendations for new construction, renovations, repairs, and facility sustainment projects Review contractor submittals, drawings, specifications, calculations, and material selections for compliance with DoD, Air Force, UFC, IBC, and applicable codes Support project planning, scope development, cost estimates, schedules, and technical evaluations Conduct site visits, field inspections, and assessments to evaluate structural conditions and construction progress Identify structural deficiencies, recommend corrective actions, and support resolution of design and construction issues Coordinate with civil, mechanical, electrical engineers, architects, construction managers, and government representatives Support quality assurance, quality control, and safety compliance during construction activities Prepare technical reports, memoranda, and documentation to support project decisions Participate in meetings, project reviews, and coordination sessions with internal and external stakeholders Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Structural Engineering or Civil Engineering Minimum 5 years of professional structural engineering experience , preferably supporting facilities or infrastructure projects Experience with structural systems including concrete, steel, masonry, and foundations Experience reviewing construction documents and contractor submittals Proficiency with engineering analysis tools and standard office software (e.g., Microsoft Office) Strong written and verbal communication skills Preferred Experience Experience supporting DoD or Air Force civil engineering projects Experience working in an operational military installation environment Familiarity with construction management processes, RFIs, and change management Clearance & Eligibility Ability to obtain and maintain a Secret clearance Must be a U.S. citizen Ability to pass background checks and meet base access requirements About ITC Innovative Technologies Corporation (ITC) offers challenging but rewarding opportunities for those who want to provide a great experience for the customer and strive to reach their professional goals. Salary:

$90,000 - $111,000 based on experience, plus medical/dental/vision benefits, 15 days PTO and 7 days sick time; other benefits available. This is a funded, immediately available position under ITC's 432nd Civil Engineering Flight Support program (posted 27 May 2026).
