Job Description:
Key Responsibilities:
Analyze overall project health across a portfolio of projects in both design and construction phases. Prepare monthly project summary reports for stakeholders, highlighting key metrics and risks. Monitor and report on current project status, including cost, schedule, and scope. Compare actual costs against planned budgets and identify variances. Evaluate project schedules to determine whether projects are on track or delayed. Track and assess change orders and field orders, including their impact on cost and schedule. Identify current and potential project delays and escalate issues as needed. Recommend mitigation strategies to address risks and maintain project timelines. Review Requests for Information (RFIs), contract documents, and payment applications. Identify and communicate action items requiring stakeholder attention. Travel to job sites as needed to support project evaluation and coordination.
Required Qualifications :
8 years of experience in the construction industry. 8 years of experience working on large-scale construction projects valued at over $10 million. 8 years of experience with project controls, including cost tracking, forecasting, and schedule analysis. 8 years of experience reviewing contract documents, RFIs, change orders, and payment applications. 6 years of experience analyzing and interpreting construction project schedules. 2 years of experience in design and construction project scheduling. Strong communication skills with the ability to present project status clearly to stakeholders. Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
