Now hiring:
Senior Structural Engineer This role focuses on evaluating existing structures, preparing inspection reports, and communicating findings to both internal stakeholders and clients. You'll provide technical guidance throughout the project lifecycle, support business development efforts, and help strengthen long‑term client relationships. The position also plays a key role in mentoring and developing early‑career engineers.
What the role involves:
Inspecting existing structures and identifying maintenance and repair needs Preparing clear, actionable assessment reports Communicating complex technical findings to non‑technical audiences Designing and reviewing structural repair solutions Providing technical support to project teams and client-facing colleagues Staying current with codes, standards, and best practices Mentoring and supporting the development of engineering peers What we're looking for: Degree(s) in Civil or Structural Engineering (professional licensure preferred) Significant experience in concrete repair, restoration, and forensic investigation Proven background working on existing structural assets Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset Why this environment stands out: Engineers here are trusted, supported, and encouraged to grow.
