This is an excellent opportunity for a licensed PE who enjoys leading projects, mentoring engineers, and taking ownership of structural design from concept through construction. You'll work on a diverse range of new design, rehabilitation, repair, investigation, and performance evaluation projects while playing a key role in client relationships and project delivery. What You'll Be Doing Lead structural engineering projects and serve as a technical resource for project teams Supervise and mentor structural engineers, designers, and technicians Perform structural analysis and design for a variety of projects Develop construction documents including drawings, specifications, and calculations Coordinate with architects, contractors, owners, and multidisciplinary engineering teams Conduct site visits, structural investigations, and existing condition assessments Review shop drawings and product submittals Provide construction administration and field observation services Prepare engineering reports, technical specifications, and project documentation Manage project budgets, schedules, and resource allocation Maintain and develop client relationships Assist with proposal preparation and business development efforts What You Bring Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering New York State Professional Engineer (PE) license 10+ years of structural engineering consulting experience Strong experience with structural analysis and design software Proven ability to lead projects and manage technical teams Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong organizational skills and ability to meet deadlines Experience with Revit is a plus Why This Opportunity Stands Out Leadership role with direct project ownership Opportunity to mentor and develop junior engineers Diverse portfolio including new design, rehabilitation, and forensic-type investigations Collaborative multidisciplinary environment Flexible work schedule Strong compensation and benefits package Clear opportunities for professional growth and advancement
