• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field
• Minimum of 5 years experience in infrastructure development
• Proficient in project management software such as AutoCAD or Revit

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Effective communication skills with the ability to collaborate with various stakeholders
• Knowledge of local codes and regulations related to infrastructure development
• Ability to work independently and within a team
