Full-Time We're seeking a Transportation Civil Engineer with 0 - 5 years of experience to join our team in Cincinnati, OH. Key Responsibilities:
Assist in planning and design of transportation infrastructure projects, including roads, intersections, bike/pedestrian facilities, and safety improvements Collect and analyze data related to traffic, roadway conditions, and design elements Create plans, drawings, and details using software such as OpenRoads Designer, MicroStation Participate in internal design reviews and client meetings to gain exposure to project development process Ensure designs follow applicable standards (AASHTO, MUTCD, DOT standards) and regulatory requirements Work closely with mentors and senior engineers to build technical skills and project knowledge
What We're Looking For:
Must have bachelor's degree in civil engineering (or expected within 6 months) from ABET-accredited program Must have passed or must be working toward passing the FE exam 0-5 years of experience in transportation engineering or a related field (internships, co-ops, or research projects welcome) Must have familiarity with engineering software such as OpenRoads Designer, MicroStation, HEC-RAS, and drainage design software (such as
CDSS, ORD
