~10% (U.S. travel, expenses paid) Job Summary We are seeking a motivated Project Engineer ( 2 years of experience ) to support and manage engineering projects within our food manufacturing operations. Projects range from infrastructure upgrades, equipment rebuilds, digital innovation, automation and integration - leading to safety, quality and operational success for the company. This role involves managing projects from concept to completion while coordinating with Safety, Quality, Production, Maintenance teams, and external vendors to ensure on-time and successful delivery. Responsibilities Lead and coordinate engineering projects from planning through execution Manage timelines, budgets, and vendor relationships Collaborate cross-functionally with Safety, Quality, Production, and Maintenance Support automation and equipment upgrade initiatives Assist with factory infrastructure improvements Ensure projects are completed safely, on time, and within scope Maintain project documentation and reporting Requirements 2 years of experience in manufacturing or construction projects Bachelor's degree in Engineering (required) Basic knowledge of AutoCAD Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite Strong communication and organizational skills U.S. or Canadian citizen (required) Willingness to travel (~10% within the United States) What We Offer Competitive salary: $65K-$80K USD Travel expenses covered Strong career growth path within the food industry Supportive work culture and collaborative environment
