This one puts you in the action. We're partnering with a growing Cincinnati design-build firm taking on complex, highly coordinated projects nationwide. If you want to understand how a job really runs instead of just updating logs, this is where you need to be. You will be plugged directly into the project team from day one—not just supporting, but learning the ropes with a clear path to Project Management. Details:
Manage RFIs, submittals, and document flow without letting anything slip. Support the
Build:
Assist with bidding, takeoffs, procurement, and cost tracking.
Coordinate:
Work directly with internal field teams and specialized subcontractors. Keep it on
Track:
Utilize construction software to keep complex jobs organized and moving.
What You Bring Experience:
1-3+ years in construction, engineering, or project coordination.
Drive:
A genuine desire to learn the full project lifecycle and step up into leadership.
Organization:
The ability to juggle multiple moving pieces without dropping the ball.
Software:
