Job Description

A leading structural engineering firm is seeking a Structural Engineer to lead complex projects and mentor a growing team. This position is ideal for an experienced professional passionate about technical excellence and leadership.
Responsibilities:
Lead structural design for large-scale commercial, industrial, and specialty projects. Oversee project delivery from concept through construction, ensuring quality and compliance. Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior and mid-level engineers. Review and approve calculations, drawings, and specifications. Engage in client meetings, presentations, and business development efforts. Drive innovation by implementing advanced design tools and processes.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Civil or Structural Engineering; Master's preferred. Active Professional Engineer (PE) license; SE license a plus. Minimum 4 years of industry experience years of experience in structural engineering, project leadership experience preferable. Expertise in structural analysis software (RISA, RAM, ETABS) and BIM tools (Revit). Strong knowledge of building codes, seismic design, and advanced structural systems. Proven ability to manage multiple projects and lead teams effectively.
