Full-Time We're seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Transportation Civil Engineer with 5-15 years of professional experience to join our Cincinnati office. Lead and support the design of transportation projects, including highways, streets, intersections, and pedestrian facilities Coordinate and oversee work tasks from other team members Perform field investigations and collect data for roadway assessments, Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) reviews, and other transportation-related analyses Utilize engineering software (OpenRoads Designer, MicroStation, ) to create detailed plans, perform quantity estimates, generate roadway alignments and cross sections, analyze survey data, and specifications Assist with marketing and business development efforts Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including urban planners, environmental scientists, and construction managers, to ensure project success Prepare and lead project reports, technical documents, and presentations for clients and stakeholders Participate in community engagement efforts to gather input and address public concerns related to transportation projects Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations and industry standards Stay current with advancements in transportation engineering and sustainability practices What We're Looking For:
Must have minimum of a bachelor's degree in civil engineering or a related field Professional Engineer (PE) license or able to sit for the exam 5-15 years of experience in transportation engineering on ODOT projects Proficiency with industry-standard design software such as OpenRoads Designer, MicroStation, HEC-RAS, and drainage design software (such as CDSS, ORD
