As a Field Engineer, you'll play a key role in supporting commercial construction projects while working closely with Project Managers, Superintendents, subcontractors, and clients. This is an excellent opportunity for early-career professionals looking to expand their project management and field operations experience. What You'll Do Support project planning, scheduling, and day-to-day coordination Manage RFIs, submittals, meeting minutes, and project documentation Assist with project controls, budgeting, and change order management Coordinate with field teams, subcontractors, vendors, and design partners Track project progress and help keep projects on schedule Support project closeout activities and turnover documentation What We're Looking For Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field 1-2 years of construction experience, including internships or field experience Understanding of commercial construction processes and project documentation Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Desire to learn, grow, and advance within the construction industry Why Elford?
