Job Description Develop, manage, and maintain BIM models throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring accuracy, coordination, and compliance with project standards. Support preconstruction and operations teams with clash detection, 4D/5D modeling, and coordination workflows. Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and field teams to resolve design issues and enhance constructability. Implement, update, and enforce BIM/VDC standards, templates, and best practices across the organization. Evaluate and integrate new technologies to optimize digital construction capabilities (e.g., reality capture, model-based workflows). The Successful Applicant 3-7 years of BIM/VDC experience within construction, engineering, or specialty contracting environments. Proficient in software such as Revit, Navisworks, AutoCAD, and additional tools like Synchro, BIM 360, or similar platforms. Strong communication skills and the ability to work cross-functionally with technical and non-technical teams. Proven ability to problem-solve, manage deadlines, and drive coordination on complex projects. Passion for innovation, process improvement, and adopting new technologies.
