Civil Engineering Principal - Land Development

A well established, employee owned engineering and environmental consulting firm is looking to bring on a Senior Project Manager / Principal to support continued growth within its Columbus land development team. This is a long term, stability focused opportunity within a firm known for its strong culture, repeat client base, and consistent growth across the region. The Opportunity You will play a key role in leading and delivering site development projects across a mix of commercial, industrial, institutional, and residential clients. This role offers a balance of: Project leadership Client development Team mentoring and growth You will have visibility across the full project lifecycle, from early concept and client interaction through permitting and construction.
