Job Description

This role supports the delivery of both small and large-scale construction projects, while acting as a technical lead on smaller assignments. You'll work closely with project teams to ensure jobs are delivered on time, within budget, and to a high standard.

Key ResponsibilitiesCoordinate with internal teams, management, and external stakeholders, providing regular updates on project schedule and financial performanceManage and process change orders, ensuring accuracy, documentation, and proper trackingEvaluate and communicate the cost and schedule impact of project changesReview and interpret project drawings, specifications, and technical documentationCompile and submit complete submittal packages and project documentationProcure equipment, materials, and services in line with project requirementsAssist in the selection and engagement of subcontractorsSupport problem-solving on complex technical and project-related challengesRequirementsBachelor's degree in Engineering or related field (or equivalent industry experience)Minimum 3 years of experience in construction, mechanical contracting, or a related environmentStrong understanding of mechanical systems such as HVAC, plumbing, and pipingAbility to read and interpret construction drawings and specificationsStrong communication skills, both written and verbalProficiency with Microsoft Office (especially Excel) and familiarity with CAD softwareBenefitsRetirement savings plan with company contribution and immediate vestingComprehensive medical, dental, and vision coverage for employeesPerformance-based bonus opportunitiesLife and disability insurance optionsFlexible spending accounts (healthcare and dependent care)Paid parental leavePaid time off including holidays, vacation, and personal daysOngoing training, professional development, and support for certificationsEmployee wellness programs
