Job Description

job summary: Construction Engineers (Office) are needed for a renowned construction organization. The Construction Engineers will be responsible for onsite trade management, overseeing the coordination of materials from design to final installation, validating payment applications for trade contractors, managing costs, and resolving issues such as change orders and RFIs. Additionally, you will demonstrate leadership by mentoring younger associates and upholding the company's culture of integrity. The ideal candidate for this position should possess a Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or a related field, along with up to 3+ years of experience in commercial construction. Effective communication, time management, and computer skills are essential. Additionally, the candidate must be willing to relocate and demonstrate the ability to thrive in a collaborative work environment. Exposure to BIM is preferred. Relocation is available for qualified candidates.
