Job Description

CAE Analyst responsible for full-vehicle structural simulation, model construction, solver analysis, method development, validation, and documentation across NVH, crash, strength, or durability domains. Job Requirements Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, or related field 10 or more years of industry experience as a CAE Analyst Structural simulation experience in at least two of the following domains: NVH, crash, strength, or durability Experience developing, documenting, and validating new CAE methods Experience improving modeling and analysis accuracy Minimum 10 years of experience using industry-standard pre-processing and post-processing tools Experience constructing, visualizing, and analyzing full-vehicle-level CAE models Experience with CAE tools such as ANSA, META, HyperWorks, or ModSim Working knowledge of structural simulation solvers relevant to assigned simulation domains Preferred Skills Advanced degree in Mechanical Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, or related field NVH solver experience with OptiStruct, Nastran, or Actran Crash solver experience with LS-DYNA or Abaqus Explicit Strength or durability solver experience with Abaqus Standard, Nastran, or OptiStruct Experience supporting full-vehicle CAE model development Experience validating simulation methods against physical test data Experience documenting CAE workflows, methods, assumptions, and validation results Job Responsibilities Perform structural CAE simulation and analysis across assigned domains Build, prepare, visualize, and analyze full-vehicle-level CAE models Use pre-processing and post-processing tools for model construction and results evaluation Run structural simulation solvers for NVH, crash, strength, or durability analysis Develop new CAE methods to improve modeling accuracy and analysis quality Document CAE methods, workflows, assumptions, and validation results Validate CAE methods and simulation results against applicable requirements or test data Evaluate simulation outputs and identify design or performance concerns Support full-vehicle CAE model development and analysis activities Apply domain-specific solver knowledge to complete assigned analysis work
Pay:
