Job Description

Position:
We are looking for a for a 1st Class Stationary Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background and be able to work in a fast-paced environment. We are looking for someone who is self-motivated, organized, and able to work in a team environment.
Duties:
Operate Building equipment, chillers, boilers, pumps, cooling towers, air handling units , and heating functions. Perform regular documented inspections on all building equipment. Perform quality control inspections of mechanical assemblies. Perform troubleshooting and repair of existing equipment or systems. Provide support for project management activities related to project scope. Tenant work orders and Tenant relations. Other duties as assigned by management.
Qualifications:
1st Class Stationary Engineer license is required. Strong knowledge of boiler, chiller, HVAC, and building systems operation. Experience with preventitive maintenance and troubleshooting. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Job Type:
Full-time Pay:
$62,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
