Job Description

Civil Engineer Project Manager Introduction:
As a Civil Engineer Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing various civil engineering projects from initiation to completion. You will work closely with a team of engineers and construction professionals to ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and meet all quality standards.
Responsibilities:
Developing project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resources Coordinating with architects, engineers, and contractors Ensuring compliance with building codes and regulations Managing project schedules and deadlines Monitoring project progress and addressing any issues that arise Preparing and presenting project updates to stakeholders Overseeing quality control and quality assurance processes Collaborating with team members to problem solve and make decisions Managing project documentation and reporting Ensuring project profitability and cost control
Requirements:
Required Skills:
Bachelor''s degree in Civil Engineering or related field Minimum of 10 years of experience in civil engineering Proven experience in project management Strong knowledge of construction methods and materials Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to lead and motivate a team Attention to detail and problem-solving skills Proficiency in project management software Knowledge of building codes and regulations Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Preferred Skills:
Master''s degree in Civil Engineering or related field Professional Engineer (PE) license Experience with sustainable design practices Experience in risk management and mitigation Knowledge of AutoCAD and other design software Experience with budgeting and financial management
