is currently looking for a Stress Engineer (Level 3 - 4) to join our team for an exciting new opportunity in Tulsa, OK. The Stress Engineer will apply knowledge of engineering principles, theories, concepts, industry practices, and standards to deliver high‑quality structural engineering solutions while assuring procedural and configuration‑control compliance within assigned engineering project teams. Responsibilities Perform static stress analysis on aerospace structures Conduct fatigue and damage tolerance analysis to ensure long‑term durability Create and solve Finite Element Models (FEM) for structural components Generate, review, and approve analysis reports Prepare and validate Strength Check Notes (SCNs) Collaborate with Integrated Product Teams (IPTs) and provide factory support Demonstrate a strong work ethic and urgency in completing assignments Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Aerospace, Mechanical, Structural, or related field) ABET-accredited degree recognized under the Washington Accord 5 - 9+ years of aerospace stress engineering experience 5+ years of defense experience (preferred across both levels) Experience with Boeing Defense structural analysis standards Familiarity with advanced composite materials Knowledge of damage tolerance methodologies Strong proficiency in static, fatigue, and FEM analysis Ability to interpret engineering drawings and specifications Strong communication and collaboration skills What We Offer Competitive compensation ($67-$78/hour) 401(k) retirement plan Medical, dental, and vision coverage Paid time off and holidays Supportive, growth-focused team culture About Expleo This position may require access to information subject to U.S. export‑control regulations (e.g., ITAR/EAR).
