Senior Project Engineer - Commercial Construction About the Company We are a well-established and growing general contractor with a strong reputation for delivering high-quality projects across a diverse commercial portfolio, with a strong focus on multifamily construction . Our team is known for collaboration, stability, and a consistent pipeline of work. Position Overview We are seeking a driven Senior Project Engineer to support project teams and take on increased responsibility in project financials and overall project execution . This role is ideal for someone with 3-4 years of experience who is ready to step beyond a PE role and play a key part in managing budgets, cost tracking, and project performance. Key Responsibilities Assist in managing project financials , including budgets, cost tracking, forecasting, and reporting Support Project Managers in day-to-day project execution Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, and field teams Manage submittals, RFIs, and project documentation Assist with scheduling and ensure project milestones are met Participate in buyout, procurement, and contract administration Help maintain project quality and ensure adherence to plans and specifications Communicate effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders Qualifications 3-4 years of experience in construction (Project Engineer or similar role) Experience with multifamily construction projects strongly preferred Strong understanding of project financials, job costing, and budgeting Ability to read and interpret construction documents Strong organizational and communication skills Proficiency with construction software (Procore, Bluebeam, etc.) preferred What We Offer Competitive compensation (up to $100K DOE) + bonus Clear path for growth into Project Manager Exposure to large-scale multifamily projects Collaborative and supportive team environment Full benefits package (medical, dental, vision, 401k, PTO)
