Looking to fill one position in Central Oregon and one in Eugene Oregon.

Full-Time CS Construction is seeking a Project Engineer with around 5+ years of experience to support our growing portfolio of large-scale commercial multifamily projects. This is an excellent opportunity for someone ready to step confidently into a Senior Project Engineer role and gain hands-on experience with complex builds—while being surrounded by a team that values collaboration, mentorship, and professional growth.
  • This is not an entry-level role. We're looking for someone who's already spent a few years in the field as a Project Engineer and is ready to bring their skills to the next level on large scale commercial projects.
  • What You'll Do:
  • Support the Project Manager and Superintendent with document control, RFIs, submittals, schedules, and procurement
  • Coordinate with design teams, subcontractors, and suppliers
  • Assist with change orders, cost tracking, and field issue resolution
  • Participate in jobsite walks and inspections
  • Help keep fast-paced projects on track, on budget, and on schedule
What We're Looking For:
  • 5+ years of experience in commercial construction (multifamily experience a plus)
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Proficient in construction management software and document control systems
  • Ready to take ownership, solve problems, and grow into a leadership role
  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field preferred Why CS Construction?
