Job Description

Structural Engineer Structural Engineering Bend, Oregon Description Position Description We are seeking a Structural Engineer to join our collaborative team and play a key role in delivering thoughtful, integrated design solutions. This position offers the opportunity to work on a wide range of projects, ing expertise in multiple structural systems while contributing to all phases of design and construction. You'll collaborate with architects, engineers, and project managers to ensure high-quality, efficient, and innovative oues for our clients. Position Salary Range
  • The expected salary range for this position is $83,000 to $97,000 annually. Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering from ABET accredited four-year University 5+ years of job-related experience Licensed Professional Engineer (or ability to obtain byity) in the state of the hiring Cushing Terrell office Advanced knowledge of Auto CADD, Bluebeam, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, and Outlook Advanced understanding of Structural Systems and Design Process High level of collaboration andmunication Ability to effectively manage time Did you know that some people hold back on ing to jobs if they don't meet 100% of the listed requirements?

  • Competency with engineering in wood design, timber design, steel design, concrete design, masonry design and structural detailing to match Oversee/Manage all Structural Engineering aspects of projects Work independently and oversee other team members to develop Construction Documents (Plans and Specifications) Perform structural engineering analysis and development of design calculations Prepare engineering studies and reports Prepare construction cost estimates andpare with industry benchmarks Manage structural specific project requirements (Scope, Budget, and Time) Develop structural related fee proposals and contracts Develop and maintain client relationships Mentor and direct junior engineers and BIM staff Working at Cushing Terrell Cushing Terrell is a multidisciplinary design firm with 17 offices and more than 500 team members who bring together their expertise to deliver holistic built environments.

  • Actual pay will be determined based on the candidate's years of experience, licensure status, location, level of proficiency, and other job-related factors (as permitted by law). This position is also eligible for an annual performance bonus.

  • The majority of the time, a person in this role will be sitting in an office with limited physical requirements.
