$90K+ DOE Workify Staffing is seeking an experienced Project Engineer for a well-established concrete and steel construction company in Medford, OR. This is a great opportunity to join a growing team working on large commercial and industrial projects with excellent pay and long-term stability.

Responsibilities:

Assist with project planning, scheduling, and coordination Manage project documentation, RFIs, submittals, and change orders Work closely with field crews, subcontractors, and project managers Track project progress, budgets, and timelines Ensure quality control and safety standards are met

Qualifications:

Experience in concrete, structural steel, or commercial construction Strong organizational and communication skills Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications Proficient with construction management software and Microsoft Office Engineering or construction management background preferred

Working Conditions:

Works primarily in an office setting with occasional visits to active construction sites May be exposed to varying weather conditions during site visits Regular interaction with contractors, clients, engineers, and project stakeholders Must follow all safety regulations and wear appropriate PPE on job sites Schedule may extend beyond a typical 40-hour work week, including evenings and weekends, based on project demands Why Workify Staffing?
