Professional Civil Site Engineer Division Leader

Job Summary To Apply for this Job Click Here Division Manager - Civil Site Engineering Overview We're looking for an experienced civil engineering leader to manage and grow a high-performing division delivering infrastructure and land development projects. This role combines technical oversight, people leadership, and business strategy, offering the opportunity to shape teams, strengthen client relationships, and deliver community-impacting work.

Responsibilities:

Lead, mentor, and develop a team of engineers and project managers Oversee a portfolio of civil engineering projects, ensuring quality, schedule, and budget performance Support division strategy, staffing plans, and long-term growth initiatives Manage financial performance, including utilization, forecasting, and project profitability Build and maintain strong client relationships across public and private sectors Support business development efforts, proposals, and client interviews Provide senior-level technical guidance and quality control

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in civil engineering or related field Professional Engineer PA (PE) license 10+ years of progressive civil engineering and leadership experience Proven leadership experience managing teams and projects Strong client communication and organizational skills

Preferred:

Experience in a multidisciplinary consulting environment Background in infrastructure, land development, transportation, or water/wastewater projects Business development or division growth experience
