Evaluate comprehensive subdivision, zoning, grading, and land development proposals to guarantee absolute alignment with local ordinances and regulatory frameworks. Architect robust stormwater management systems and detention facilities while directing critical infrastructure rehabilitation initiatives. Direct construction administration duties, including managing escrow accounts, tracking project budgets, and coordinating multifaceted stakeholder interests from conception to completion. Synthesize technical documentation, feasibility assessments, and comprehensive engineering reports to secure necessary permits from state and local regulatory agencies. Cultivate regional business growth by identifying service expansion opportunities and optimizing municipal and utility account management strategies.

What You Bring Education:

Bachelor s Degree in Civil Engineering or a closely related technical discipline.

Licensure:

Valid Registered Professional Engineer (PE) credential in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania is strictly required.

Experience:

7 to 10 years of progressive expertise within civil engineering, with a dedicated focus on municipal client representation and public works design.

Technical Mastery:

Proven track record reviewing subdivision and land development plans, evaluating drainage/stormwater systems, and navigating MS-4 programs (including Pollution Reduction Plans).

Software Proficiency:

Strong familiarity with AutoCAD Civil 3D or equivalent industry design software preferred.

Communication:

Superior verbal presentation and technical writing skills, with a demonstrated comfort level speaking before public boards and community committees.
