Responsibilities include supervising professional or technical staff and managing the day-to-day activities related to construction management and administrative/financial matters for assigned projects. Responsibilities:
Verify that construction is performed per contract documents, specifications, and applicable codes and standards Manage inspection services to achieve on-time and on-budget completion Review and ensure daily narratives, daily labor, and time and material reports are completed accurately and timely Coordination of construction work with facility operations, maintenance, other contractors, and other stakeholders Review contract drawings for constructability, staging, and logistics
Qualifications:
B.S. degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or closely related field and/or NICET Level 3-4 in Highway Construction 5+ years of experience in multi-discipline transportation construction projects for PennDOT and/or PA Turnpike is required, with an emphasis on bridge rehabilitation and reconstruction A licensed Professional Engineer Project experience in excess of $10 million is preferred
