May 15, 2026 : Job Summary Join our design team as a Senior Structural Engineer, where you will perform a significant portion of structural analysis and design for our projects. Collaborate closely with your Structural Lead, Structural Engineers, Structural Designers, and other disciplines. Develop design concepts, complete analysis and design, and work with Designers to communicate structural requirements on design documents and in the model.Responsibilities:
Perform all conventional aspects of structural engineering analysis and design under general supervision. Plan and conduct work requiring judgment in evaluating, selecting, and adapting engineering techniques, procedures, and criteria. Exercise sound engineering judgment and problem-solving skills, seeking guidance when necessary. Apply knowledge of principles and practices of lateral analysis and design, including wind and seismic provisions of the building code. Exhibit a high level of attention to detail and quality control, checking your own work and performing calculation checks of others' work. Manage workload, make and keep commitments, and take full ownership of assigned work. Identify scope changes and escalate them to your Structural Lead. Work in a timely, accurate, and cost-effective manner with strong attention to detail. Develop leadership skills by providing technical guidance, coaching, and mentorship to designers/drafters and less experienced engineers. Advance workflows, systems, and tools within the structural discipline and embrace emerging technologies.MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor of Science Degree in Civil Engineering with an emphasis in Structural Engineering. Professional Engineer License (PE). Minimum of 4 years of experience in structural engineering. Experience with US building codes, includingIBC, ASCE
7, ACI, and AISC. Experience with structural engineering analysis software, Navisworks, and Bluebeam. Experience designing and analyzing traditional steel and concrete structures. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong interpersonal skills.PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
MS degree in Civil Engineering with an emphasis in Structural Engineering or MS degree in Structural Engineering. Experience in semiconductor industrial or general industrial facilities. Experience leading small teams.
