Job Description We are seeking a Project Engineer who brings a strong project management mindset, thrives on driving continuous improvement, and proactively supports evolving Laboratory needs.

About the role:

Leading end?to?end project execution - guiding project teams, fostering collaboration, and ensuring clarity, communication, and high?quality deliverables throughout all phases of work. Providing clear, timely communication to NRLFO, NR, and senior leadership regarding project progress, risks, and emerging issues to support informed decision?making. Championing innovation and improvement by originating new ideas that enhance Laboratory capabilities, strengthen functional requirements, and drive cost?effective solutions. Coordinating effectively with cross?functional partners including Operations & Maintenance, Construction, Environmental Safety & Health, Radiological, Waste Management, Security, and IT to ensure integrated project support. Managing project scope, schedule, and budget—making sound decisions, mitigating risks, and executing change management processes when challenges arise. Required Combination of Knowledge and Skill Bachelors degree from an accredited college or university in a related technical, engineering, science or construction field and a minimum of 4 years of relevant experience; or Masters degree from an accredited college or university in a related technical, engineering, science or construction field and a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience; or Doctorate degree from an accredited college or university in a related technical, engineering, science or construction field; or Currently an Advanced Reactor Training Engineer, Refueling Engineer, or Field (RPCO) Engineer at the Company. Pay Range $78,700.00 - $120,500.00 annually Salary information provided is a general guideline only.
