Salary:

Due to continued growth, they are seeking an experienced Municipal Engineer to serve as a technical leader, mentor developing staff, and help drive future expansion opportunities within the Illinois market. Job Details Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related discipline Professional Engineer (PE) license required or ability to obtain through reciprocity 10-15+ years of municipal, civil, transportation, or infrastructure engineering experience Experience managing municipal utility, roadway, drainage, and site development projects Strong project management and client relationship skills Proficiency with Civil 3D, OpenRoads Designer, Bentley CONNECT, or similar design platforms Knowledge of stormwater management, utility coordination, roadway design, and permitting Ability to mentor junior engineers and contribute to future office and team growth Interested in hearing more?
