We are currently seeking a Civil Engineer to join our growing Site/Civil team. This is an excellent opportunity for an engineer with strong technical design experience who enjoys working in a collaborative environment and contributing to a wide range of land development and infrastructure projects. As a Civil Engineer, you will collaborate with multidisciplinary teams of engineers and scientists to support the planning, design, and execution of site/civil engineering projects. Key Responsibilities Perform detailed site/civil engineering design including: site layout, grading & drainage, utility design, stormwater management systems, erosion & sedimentation control plans Prepare site plans and construction documents Conduct hydrologic and hydraulic analyses Support permitting efforts and coordinate with local and state agencies Perform occasional field work and site investigations Collaborate with internal project teams to deliver high-quality technical solutions Assist with project coordination, scheduling, and technical documentation Skills, Knowledge and Expertise Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering 4+ years of relevant civil/site engineering experience Connecticut FE license required PE license preferred, or ability to obtain within 2 years Strong proficiency in AutoCAD and Civil 3D Experience with StormCAD and HydroCAD preferred Familiarity with local and state permitting requirements Strong written and verbal communication skills Ability to manage multiple assignments and work effectively within a team environment This is a hybrid role, offering the best of both worlds—collaborate in-office with a high-performing team and enjoy the flexibility of working remotely part of the week.
