Target Experience Level:

5-10 years Position Overview Stell is seeking a Mid-Level Civil Engineer to execute site and infrastructure engineering work on NASA and other federal agency projects. This role requires an engineer who can independently perform site investigations, develop technical analyses, and produce high-quality deliverables with minimal supervision, while operating efficiently within cost-conscious project constraints. Key Responsibilities Independently perform site investigations, field assessments, and data analysis Develop stormwater management approaches, grading concepts, site layouts, and utility coordination strategies Produce Planning Charrette Reports, Concept Charrette Reports, and technical narratives Perform engineering calculations, cost-support analyses, and constructability reviews Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams and stakeholders Develop and manage schedules using MS Project or Primavera Prepare, review, and QA/QC technical documentation Qualifications & Experience U.S. Citizenship (Required) Bachelor's degree in Civil or Environmental Engineering 5-10 years of practical civil/site engineering experience Demonstrated ability to execute federal engineering tasks with limited direction Proficiency in Civil 3D, Excel, and technical writing Working knowledge of MS Project or Primavera PE license or EIT preferred but not required

Pay:

$70,000.00
