You will play a key role in design review, project management, and construction oversight across utilities, roads, and public works systems.

Job Status:

COA (Contingent on Award) Key Responsibilities Perform engineering analysis and design reviews Oversee infrastructure projects (water, sewer, roads, facilities) Support cost estimating, risk analysis, and quality control Prepare SOW/SoO and technical documentation Conduct site inspections and compliance reviews Coordinate with contractors and government stakeholders Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Engineering (ABET-accredited) EIT required; PE preferred 10+ years of civil engineering or construction experience Experience with large-scale infrastructure projects Proficiency in: AutoCAD SpecsIntact (or equivalent) RSMeans / E4Clicks Strong communication and project coordination skills Ability to obtain CAC (Tier 1 background check) Preferred Federal, military, or public works experience Construction contract management and cost control Why Join Us Hybrid schedule flexibility Work on complex, high-visibility federal infrastructure projects Competitive compensation and stability
