Civil / Site Engineer 📍 Nashville, Tennessee 🕒 Full-Time | Competitive Salary + Benefits About the Role We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Civil / Site Engineer to join our growing team in Nashville, TN. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working on diverse land development projects and wants to be involved from concept through construction. You'll play a key role in designing, planning, and delivering site development projects across residential, commercial, and mixed-use sectors. Key Responsibilities Design and develop site plans, grading, drainage, and utility layouts Prepare construction documents, reports, and technical specifications Perform stormwater management and erosion control design Coordinate with clients, architects, contractors, and regulatory agencies Conduct site assessments and feasibility studies Review plans to ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations Support project management, scheduling, and budget tracking Assist with permitting and approvals processes Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field 2-7 years of experience in land development or site engineering EIT required; PE license (or in progress) preferred Proficiency with AutoCAD Civil 3D (required) Strong understanding of grading, drainage, and utility design Familiarity with Tennessee permitting and codes is a plus Excellent communication and problem-solving skills What We Offer Competitive salary based on experience Performance bonuses Health, dental, and vision insurance 401(k) with company match Paid time off and holidays Professional development and support for PE licensure Opportunity to work on impactful local projects Why Join Us?
