Role:

We are seeking a Pipe Stress Engineer to support the design and analysis of piping systems for complex industrial and commercial facility projects. This role will focus on pipe stress calculations, system integrity, and ensuring designs meet client requirements, industry standards, and project timelines. You'll work closely with a highly collaborative, multi-discipline engineering team on large-scale, high-impact projects.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform pipe stress analysis and design using tools such as AutoPIPE and

CAESAR II.

Develop and review piping system designs for compliance with project specifications and applicable codes. Support engineering deliverables including calculations, reports, and technical documentation. Collaborate with mechanical, structural, and process engineering teams throughout project execution. Conduct field verifications and provide onsite engineering support as needed. Ensure technical quality, schedule adherence, and alignment with client expectations. Basic /

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field. 5+ years of relevant piping/pipe stress engineering experience. Hands-on experience with AutoPIPE and/or

CAESAR II.

Strong understanding of piping codes, standards, and design practices. Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively with onsite teams. Desired /

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience in construction environments, including field verification work. Knowledge of plastic pipe design and analysis. Experience with Navisworks and AutoCAD.

Additional Details:
