This is a hybrid opportunity , working 3 days onsite and 2 days remote . This role is ideal for a technically strong civil engineer operating at a project leadership level who can independently produce work while mentoring team members and supporting client relationships. Pay

3 days onsite, 2 days remote) Schedule
  • Standard Monday
  • Friday (40 hours per week) ( Responsibilities) Lead and coordinate site/civil land development and infrastructure projects from concept through construction documentation Perform and oversee civil design including site layout, grading, drainage, utilities, and erosion control Prepare and review site plans, drainage systems, and infrastructure designs Conduct stormwater design and hydrologic/hydraulic modeling Prepare and review SWPPP and permitting documentation Mentor and guide civil design staff to support technical excellence Collaborate with multi‑disciplinary teams across various project types Participate in proposal development and technical writing Build and maintain strong client relationships and support business development Coordinate with local jurisdictions and regulatory agencies Perform site visits as needed (Qualification Requirements) Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering (required) Minimum 6+ years of experience in civil design with a strong focus on land development Professional Engineer (PE) license or ability to obtain within one year of hire Project experience in healthcare, higher education, distribution, K‑12, commercial, office, retail, and/or mixed‑use Proficiency in AutoCAD and/or Civil 3D Strong technical experience in site layout, grading, drainage, infrastructure, and erosion control Expertise in stormwater design and hydrologic/hydraulic analysis software Familiarity with local, city, county, and state land use regulations Proven ability to manage projects independently while producing design work Strong written and verbal communication skills Valid driver's license and reliable transportation (Disqualifiers) Less than 6 years of relevant land development experience No hands‑on experience with AutoCAD or Civil 3D No site civil or land development design experience Inability to independently produce civil design work (Employee Value Proposition) Multidisciplinary engineering firm consistently ranked among top firms to work for Opportunity to mentor and help grow a developing site civil team Exposure to high‑impact projects across diverse market sectors Internal training programs covering technical skills, software, and safety certifications Opportunity to learn from licensed engineers, principals, and experienced project leaders Strong promote‑from‑within culture with long‑term growth opportunities Company events and collaborative team environment Job Type & Location This is a Permanent position based out of Bellevue, WA.
Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $90000.00
